Michael Gasparro has over 20 years of experience as an advisor, investor, and lender to middle market companies and he has been responsible for successfully completing over 30 transactions. Michael has been an advisor and principal on both sides of the transaction as well as a financial and strategic buyer.
Before joining Chestnut Hill Partners, Michael led corporate development and M&A for Avetta, LLC, a private equity-back SaaS supplier risk management network. At Avetta, Michael was responsible for business development, due diligence, transaction execution, and integration. Prior to Avetta, Michael served in numerous roles at Sabre Corporation, a public software provider to the travel industry. While at Sabre, Michael led the successful closing of twelve transactions, representing over $1 billion in total enterprise value.
Michael began his career as an investment banker at Merrill Lynch and Jefferies. Michael received a BS in finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, a MS in finance from the DePaul University graduating with distinction, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
